The COHH Call for Nominations is now open! We request that nominees complete the attached application with a current resume or 500 word statement of qualification to serve on the Board. Nominations with applications and documentation must be received to this email kmartinez@vfcch.org by Friday, June 30th at 5:00 PM. The following categories have seats available:

     ▪Government
     ▪Nonprofit Homeless Assistance Provider
     ▪Consumers & Advocates
     ▪Community Stakeholders

You can nominate yourself or another person, however, if you nominate another person, please inform them of their nomination so that they can complete the application and send it into the COHH for consideration. Failure to receive an application for a nominated individual will result in their ineligibility for consideration.
